In 2002, Oakwell is certified as a Singapore Quality Class (SQC) company by SPRING Singapore. Since then, we have adopted the Business Excellence framework as a commitment to ensure that partners’ needs and expectations are met. We are determined to continuously improve the quality of our products, services, and partnership with suppliers and clients.
At Oakwell, we are strongly committed to ensure product quality, adherence and conformance to client's specifications and code requirement. Oakwell operates with ISO 9001:2008 procedures in our Sales and Marketing, Design, Stocking and Distribution of Engineering products and services.
We had successfully obtained the bizSAFE STAR certification on 2013. bizSAFE programme comprise of five levels of certification with bizSAFE STAR begin the highest level. The accreditation signify management commitment on Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Risk Management.
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Oakwell recognises the importance of business continuity and building resilience against the disruption of our business operations. We have implemented ISO 22301 , a holistic management process that guides us in identifying potential impact and building our capability for an effective crisis management.
