Air / Gas Compressor Packages
Since 1988, Oakwell Engineering International (OEI) have
been active in customising design & fabrication of Air / Gas Compressor
Packages for the Oil & Gas, Refineries and Plant Utilities industries
in the South-East Asia region, as well as the Asia-Pacific ring. 
We have successfully completed and supplied above 20 units air / gas compressors with the inclusion of commissioning works after delivery; and these packages ranged from a capacity of 100 cu.m / hour to 2,000 cu.m/ hour and discharge pressure of 6 barg to 15 barg. The make of compressors used for our previous projects were Atlas Copco, Gardner-Denver, Elliot, Sul-air etc. Though our compressors are mainly designed to API-11P standard, but we also can provide compressor packages designed to EC (Europe Community) guideline.
The range of compressors OEI can be supplied include: reciprocating, rotary screw, rotary vane, screw and centrifugal types.

Chemical Injection Packages
OEI is the leader in the design and fabrication of customised Chemical
Injection Systems for the Oil & Gas industries in the Asia-Pacific
region since mid-80s. To remain on the competitive front, our advanced
technology and expertise has enabled us to continuously improve on our
system design. 
Based on our expertise and width experience, OEI project management and engineering teams are willing to undertake the challenge of end-users' ever increasing stringent specification requirement, complying to international and marine / offshore classification standards. We have undertaken the various methods of injection control systems for Chemical Injection Systems; these includes using simple air / gas & electrical / electronic control systems to the precise fully- automated control system linked to SCADA unit for the unmanned platform. Our design and supply of the Chemical Injection Packages contain simple one pump skid, multiple individual pumps skid, common-motor multiple pumps skid and the latest multi-point injection system using an IRCS (injection rate control system) and Skoflo control Valve (USA) or Palpro Control Valve (UK).

Process Skid Packages
We started the fabrication of process package equipment in the early ‘90s; using the process design / warranty from the United States / UK engineering companies like CUNO, PECO & Burgess-Manning (for filters, separators) and Heatex (fuel gas heater). Alternatively, OEI forms strategic partnership with reputable manufacturers to provide niche package systems such as Electrochlorinator, Sewage Treatment Package, Hydrocyclone, Gas Metering Station or Systems to oil & gas users
Since then, OEI has supplied various types of process packages; like separators, gas scrubbers, coalescing filter systems, transfer filtration systems and fuel gas heaters etc.
Now, besides maintaining our connection with the various process and engineering companies; we directly employ process engineers from China and India to cater for the requirement on the increase in process packages enquiries and orders from the Oil & Gas industries. And to strengthen our competitive level, Oakwell subsidiary, Spheretech Engineering had acquired an ASME U / U2 certification in 1997 for the manufacture of pressure vessels.

Others
To capture a larger share in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry businesses and to fully utilise of our existing design facilities and personnel past field of experience; we went into the design and supply of other package equipment systems. These systems include Oil & Gas separation, Produced Water, Sewage Treatment, Hot/Potable Water skid, Odorant injection, and simple storage tank units.
All these mentioned systems are usually customised to suit client specification requirements.
